David Kessler, Couch Surfer

Party at David Kessler's house! And, yes, it is totally cool to crash there if you want to, dude. David Kessler is a member at CouchSurfing.com. That's an online/offline community of people who offer their couch as a place to stay for other members of couchsurfing.com. Members who are travelling can contact other members that live where they are visiting and request a night or more's stay on their couch. It looks like a great way to meet people and and experience a town at the grassroots level.

Several people have remarked on David Kessler's Couch Surfing page that he is an excellent host. Lasting friendships have formed over this couch surfing.

If you want to surf David Kessler's couch and you have plans to be in the Philadelphia area where he lives, join the website and ask him. I'm sure he'll give you an extra pillow if you too are David Kessler.
